Circles |

|
Everything cycles, whether we acknowledge it or not. We have our life circles, our learning
circles, our spirit circles and our growing circles. All Native American traditions relate to
circles. The main, strongest tradition
is the medicine wheel. It is the
circle of life. How can you take time to connect with the circles when you
are going 100 mile an hour, all day long, 7 days a week?? Pushed to the limit, always running out
of time, stressed over paying bills, making deadlines and making others
happy. Most of us don’t take time
from our (self inflicted) busy schedules to talk to our spouses or children,
why would we take time for ourselves??!! Priorities. First
you must decide what is truly important to you. And remember it!! If it
is gaining inner peace, self control, a connection with your family or nature
and feeling in harmony with your thoughts, then you are on the right
path. Learn the Native American
traditions and how strongly they connected to the earth, learn the
exceptional respect they hold for all elders, learn the circles and how they
flow, and you may find yourself following the path of the Rainbow Road. |
