Wow, how exciting for us, Miss Klondike Kitty (a North American
Curly Horse) and Dagmar, her new owner in Germany.
Dagmar has allergies to straight horses and there are only a handful of curlies in Germany.
She had to give up her love of riding years ago as her reactions
became too strong for her to enjoy it. So she went
surfing the net and found us. 80 emails later she decided to purchase Kitty, whom their daughter
has nicknamed Cjura. We now email daily as she is posted on Kitty's progress and we are posted on
the progress of Kitty's new home.
Kitty has been vaccinated and quarantined, and will be Inspected by the Federal vet in the next week. She is scheduled to depart on February 13th. Then she will travel via trailer to Calgary to board the plane. She will fly into the Luxembourg airport where Dagmar and her family will pick her up. We will post pictures of Kitty's preparation for the trip as it happens, so keep watching!
